SPECIAL FEATURES

TEMP. & VACUUM MONITORING: Digital Display of ice trap temp. & pirani gauge for vacuum microns without load, and 20-30 microns on load during freeze drying.
VACUUM PUMP: Direct Drive 100/180 LPM with anti suck back device ultimate vacuum 10 microns without load & 20-30 microns on load during freeze drying.
LOADING CHAMBER: Round shaped drying manifold (6”- 9” D, 8”-10” H) with rubber ports, adopters ‘O’ ring &see through perspex lid.
AUTO STARD FOR VACUUM PUMP: Built in auto start for vacuum pump at -30˚C/-35˚C or -50˚C to -55˚C condenser temp. ( Vacuum pump & condenser interlock for better life vacuum pump)
ELECTRICAL & SAFETY SYSTEM: The MCB’s are provided with all the important components like compressor and vacuum pump. Replaceable connectors are used for wiring approx electrical load 2 KVA, 220 V, 50 cycles.

Freeze Dryer with ice condenser temp at -40/-70/-80˚C

more round bottom flasks cap 500 ml each with adopter) at a time. The
machine has a powerful air cooled cascade, CFC free, PUF insulated
refrigeration system attached to a round shaped S.S manifold having six
nos. or more ¾& three nos. or more of ½ neoprene rubber ports for
loading. The system has S.S frame with powder coated side panels &
casters for easy mobility.
